There were spacious beds and an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk in the economy room. Plus it had exceptionally good view of the square. The location of the hotel was great and unbeatable - not too far away from an ottoman - style mosque.
The staff were impolite, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel was in a marvellous location near Metro and other public transportation as well as center of Taksim. Fast food restaurant Cilgin Durum was 500 metres away from the place.

There was fantastic food, the staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Stayed at a tastefully decorated room with a good view which has recently been refurbished, the bathroom, windows facing the ventilation shaft. It was in an absolutely perfect location, close to a tube station. I dined very close to the hotel at Pehlivan Restaurant.

The location was best possible, you can visit Istiklal Avenue by walking. A tube station was steps away from place. I booked a superior room for 6 nights and had a very good stay. Extensive breakfast with a lovely view, and the staff was competent.
